What technology is used to print your products?
- Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.
- When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.
How do I care for my products?
- Printed apparel should be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. We recommend you tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print. Washing your clothing item inside out will also help prolong the life of the image.
- Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.
- To clean a phone case, remove the case from your phone. Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it. With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles. Let your case air-dry at room temperature. Don’t clean your phone case with any alcohol-based products as they can remove the ink and discolor the case.
*Embroidered hats can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, hats hand-washed cold. Don’t use brushes.
Why are the T-shirts and Sweatshirts priced differently?
- Our Comfort Colors t-shirt is priced higher than our Bella Canva t-shirt because it is garment dyed made with soft ring spun cotton fabric with 100% cotton threads. The heavyweight fabric gives a looser fit that provides extra comfort and free movement.
- Our Bella Canva t-shirt is a moderate weight shirt that is crafted from an incredibly soft, proprietary Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. This short sleeve tee provides a more fitted look with a standard length. It fits true to size.
- Our Cotton Heritage premium sweatshirt is priced higher than our standard sweatshirt as it is made with 65% cotton/35% polyester for an extremely soft feel. It is more fitted around the waist although retains its comfort and style for all body types.
- Our Gilden sweatshirt is made of a 50% U.S. cotton/50% polyester blend. It has a classic fit for loose comfort with rib cuffs and a bottom band with spandex for enhanced stretch.

- We’ll ship out all orders with our fixed-rate standard shipping. Standard for domestic is 3-4 business days after fulfillment. This means you can expect a total order time between 7-10 business days.
